Was upset but became extremely happy
I bought a candle lighter originally in silver! I bought the base and charger too! I thought this was such a smart product! I thought was a great idea and safe! I used it a few times and all of a sudden it stopped lighting my candles! I was disappointed because I hadn’t used it that much! I emailed USB lighter and the woman who emailed me back couldn’t have been more helpful! I explained the situation and within no time she asked me to mail it back and a new one was sent to me! The return was so easy! I couldn’t be happier! Great product and great company to work with if things go wrong! So thankful I reached out to the company instead of being disappointed!

We recently had purchased a USB Lighter and it came back defective. No matter what we did the lighter would not reliably function. I contacted the company and they promptly diagnosed the issue and sent out a new replacement unit! I couldn’t be more pleased. It’s rare to find a company nowadays that still stands behind their products. As a lighter the product is slick and functional and convenient and reuseable. Works Great, Safer Than Conventional Lighters
So far I love this lighter! Not only does it look cool, the way it's designed makes it perfect for lighting candles and incense without burning your hand! Coolest Lighter Ever
I was internet surfing when I ran across an ad for a digital lighter, and was intrigued. Best thing I have ever found for a candle freak like me! I hate the butane lighters, and have thrown out quite a few. This lighter works like a dream and is much safer than using an ordinary lighter with a flame.. I have purchased 2 of these lighters, and I use them all the time because I have a ton of candles in my house. This lighter is the best invention EVER!!

Great USB Lighter
I considered getting one of these several months ago and then never did. Well, I’m sorry I waited so long to try it out. We have to use matches to light our kitchen, propane stove every time you want to use it. It’s more and more difficult to find traditional matchbooks which is what we always used. Had to switch to the box stick matches, and they are just a pain to use, costly and wasteful, and we had to be sure to alway have a bunch in stock. So, decided it was time to try this USB Lighter, and I am so glad I did! It is so incredibly easy to use, easy and quick to charge and lasts close to a week before we have to recharge. I’ll also be using it on my smoker/grill that uses little starter bricks. I definitely recommend this USB lighter to anyone that is considering getting one, or just can’t make up their mind about it.
