If your battery indicator lights don’t turn off after a full charge, don’t worry. Your battery is fully charged and ready to go. Due to the varied output of USB power bricks some will not trigger your lighter’s battery level indicators to shut off.We recommend testing your device and using it until it runs out. And of course, we always recommend charging with The USB Lighter Company cables when possible.
Each of our products comes with a Micro USB charging cable that will work with most common charging ports. On the side or bottom of each product there is a Micro USB port. Insert cord into port to charge.
To prevent possible harm to the environment or human health, please separate your lighter from other types of waste and recycle it responsibly to promote the sustainable reuse of material resources.
If your lighter reaches the end of its battery life cycle:
- Don’t throw it in the trash
- Don’t throw it in the recycle bin
- Do drop it off at a battery recycling center.
We suggest Best Buy as a great option to dispose of your old and broken electronics the right way. If you don’t have a Best Buy near you, click here to view a list of responsible recycling centers near you.

Safety is always our priority. Our lighters have an overcharge protection feature to prevent overheating. This means once your lighter reaches 100% power, the charging function will automatically shut off.
We recommend unplugging your lighter as soon as it is fully charged.
