Shipping policy

All orders will be processed within 2-3 business days of order confirmation and shipped (BRP) Best Rate Possible via USPS, UPS or FedEX unless otherwise specified.

The USB Lighter Company is not responsible for delayed delivery or any other issues after your order leaves our shipping partner.

It is highly recommended to follow up with your tracking number provided on the day of your scheduled delivery.

Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or holidays.

If we are experiencing a high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed by a few days.
